ERC is building extensive infrastructure with the assistance of outstanding partners and sub-developers to provide residents of our developments with a comfortable and convenient experience. Unlike most companies, ERC’s infrastructure assets are 100% equity financed with low capacity utilization
Providing our developments with consistent access to power is a top priority for ERC. Currently, our partners at Canal Company supply our projects with 20 MV of electricity across five electrical networks. We have also installed over 60,000 power cables for internal road lighting and have received approval to establish a 22/66 KV transformer production capacity of 100 MV.
With our principal development located on the coast of the Red Sea, we recognize the importance of providing all of our projects and the people who use them with dependable access to clean, drinkable water. In pursuit of this goal, we have established a 14,000m 3/day desalination plant with production capacity of 22,000 m3/day. Our water network is fully built, and our storage capacity is 12,00 m3, ensuring that we will always have a considerable reserve supply in case of emergencies.
Additionally, ERC has invested in a main irrigation network of 16,994m and a surface irrigation network of 113,317m. The network’s storage capacity is 6,000m3, ensuring an ample water supply for agricultural activities at our projects.
