ERC is cognizant of the many challenges faced by Egypt’s tourism industry and have taken them into consideration when developing our master plan. Careful strategic planning can turn challenges into opportunities, and we are confident that Sahl Hasheesh will become a destination of choice for investors in the coming years.
ERC is creating and selling pre-packed land parcels of different sizes to value-adding developers who will construct hotels, residential apartments, villas, golf courses, and other leisure and real estate properties. These developers will help us to fulfil our goal of creating international-standard mega communities; land sales will provide the finances to fund our own projects. To date, we have 634,537 sqm of unsold land remaining, and we have built up an area of 2,586,343 sqm to 2.5 floors.
